Subhanallahi wa bihamdi Subhanallahi alatheem! I read this verse and you know how Allah does, he makes it just for you! Allah is so good all the time! I recently lost my job and was feeling very unsettled and scared. But when I quickly turned to Allah and understand this by his decree and His plan, and all that He is doing is making room for better, I can't help but be joyful. Sure I still feel nervous and I still applied for food assistance and unemployment and whatever help I may need in the future just incase. Because that's what I can do along with look for a job, but what's most important for me right now is take this time to draw closer to Allah. Ultimately I think that is where I'm supposed to be. The last time I was in this situation I had not reverted to Islam I had been a Christian my whole life and I leaned soooo heavily into gratitude and it lead me straight Islam. Alhamdulilah!!
