Are you comparing 70-80 years of delusion to eternity (10^∞) years of bliss/torment?
This Duniya عالم is not your true home.
Allah (ﷻ) said: 'The first actions for which a servant of Allah will be held accountable on the Day of Resurrection will be his prayers. [Hadith Qudsi]
Please don’t risk the Akhirah for this Duniya.
Are you too busy/arrogant to bow down to Allah ﷻ? The Rabb who created you, the time you are in, the job you’re letting destroy your iman.
• If you can’t focus on Salah, avoid excessive eating, sleeping. You wonder why your heart is void of remembrance of Allah ﷻ
• Read the Qur’an with translation (1 page per day), a beginning is better than nothing.
• Memorize 5 ayahs per day. Instead of memorizing song lyrics
Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said: 'Since their creation, people have always been travelers, And they have no place to go, Except in heaven or hell.'
At the end, we all will return back to Allah ﷻ It’s either Jannah or Jahannam at the end.
It’s either boiling water on top of your head [22:19] or gardens beneath which rivers flow [3:198]
It’s either hooked rods of iron [22:21] or golden trays and cups passed around to you [43:71]
Keep watching Netlfix Keep ignoring compulsory prayers Keep wasting time scrolling Keep disrespecting parents Keep looking at women
نُمَتِّعُهُمْ قَلِيلًۭا ثُمَّ نَضْطَرُّهُمْ إِلَىٰ عَذَابٍ غَلِيظٍۢ We allow them enjoyment for a little while, then ˹in time˺ We will force them into a harsh torment. [Quran 31:24]
Who else other than Allah can protect you from punishment of the grave or hereafter?
Who else other Allah can forgive your sins while the people of duniya are merciless to you?
He is the only One you can rely on.
Why should Allah punish you if you are grateful and faithful? Allah is ever Appreciative, All-Knowing. (Quran 4:147)
Sufyan رَحِمَهُ ٱللَّٰهُ said: 'I would rather have Allah ﷻ judge me on the Day of Judgement than my own parents as Allah ﷻ would be more merciful to me than my own parents.'
