Tadabur on ayah 4 of surah Tin: 'Indeed, We created humans in the best form.' In this ayah, ALLAH SWT wants us to appreciate the creation of human being. How perfectly, precisely, beautifully and symmetrically ALLAH SWT created humans. All the body organs are created by ALLAH SWT in perfect symmetry and designs. ALLAH SWT created our body that completely harmonize with our environment.SUBHANALLAH! Skin: The largest organ, accounting for about 15% of body weight. It's a protective barrier and helps regulate body temperature. If skin is not present on human body, human has loss of protection from pathogens, temperature regulation problems, loss of sensations, dehydration and lack of vitamin synthesis. ALLAHU AKBAR KABIRAH! Blood vessels:A network of blood vessels stretches over 60,000 miles in a typical adult human. Imagine what if blood vessels are not present ; human body would be unable to deliver oxygen and nutrients to vital organs and tissues, leading to the immediate and inevitable death of all cells and organs, resulting in the cessation of all bodily functions. Lungs: The lungs are pink and spongy, and the left lung is smaller and has two lobes to accommodate the heart, while the right lung is larger with three lobes. The lungs together contain about 300 to 500 million alveoli and approximately 2,400 kilometres (1,500 mi) of airways. ALLAHU AKBAR! A healthy adult lung can hold about 6 liters of air, and can take about 17,000 to 23,000 breaths a day. The lungs also help regulate blood pH levels, playing a crucial role in maintaining the body's acid-base balance.  The lungs are protected by the rib cage and are lined with mucus to protect the organs and catch dirt, dust, and bacteria. SUBHANALLAH! Heart: Pumping roughly 2,000 gallons of blood per day, it beats about 100,000 times daily, and over 3 billion times during an average lifetime. The average adult resting heart rate is between 60 and 100 beats per minute.  The heart beats about 100,000 times per day. ALLAHU AKBAR! It pumps about 2,000 gallons of blood per day.  Each minute, your heart pumps nearly 1.5 gallons (5.7 liters) of blood.  Because the heart has its own electrical system, it can continue to beat even when separated from the body, as long as it has an adequate supply of oxygen.  The heart begins beating at four weeks after conception and does not stop until death. SABHANALLAH! Brain: Generates 12-25 watts of electricity, enough to power a small lightbulb, and consists of roughly 60% fat. It also does not have pain receptors. The human brain, despite weighing only about 3 pounds, is a remarkable organ containing roughly 100 billion neurons, and its functions include controlling movement, behavior, memory, and learning. Information travels to and from the brain at incredible speeds, reaching up to 268 miles per hour, faster than a Formula 1 race car.SUBHANALLAH!  The brain itself doesn't feel pain, as it lacks pain receptors. The brain interprets pain signals that it receives from other parts of the body. ALLAHU AKBAR KABIRAH! Eyes:Human eyes, amazing organs responsible for vision, can blink up to 5 times a second, contain 107 million light-sensitive cells, and process 36,000 bits of information per hour. Six extraocular muscles control eye movement, making the muscles in the eyes some of the fastest in the body. Blinking is a fast, involuntary action that moistens the eye, helps to prevent eye injury, and protects against harmful particles.ALLAHU AKBAR! The cornea is the only part of the body that receives oxygen directly from the air.  Every person's eyes are unique, and no two people share the same iris pattern. SUBHANALLAH! Human eye has specific magnification power which help us to see things clearly, if the magnification power is larger than this specific power then we can see the unseen object such as bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms, and it would be difficult for us to even drink water because microorganisms are present everywhere.SUBHANALLAH!  The Human Eye Can Detect 10 Million Different Colours.ALLAHU AKBAR KABIRAH!
