My take on the reflection will be about this short reels platform which we mindlessly scroll through out the day not realizing how much time and energy we have wasted on such apps. Our eyes, ears and brain all are occupied on nothing but useless information, this consumption of knowledge without using it in real life is making us paralyze without us even noticing.
