There is struggle in everything we do in this dunya. People who are wasting their time following their desires; these are struggling. Those who are trying to accumulate as much wealth as possible; they are struggling. People who are seeking knowledge trying to worship Allah s.w.t, trying to achieve the highest place in Paradise the Firdaws al-A'la; those also are struggling. Those of us who have newly entered the fold of Islam ; initially one may be struggling in confronting their own people with the Truth , later on as one goes deep in studying and acquiring knowledge at various levels that too becomes a form of constant struggle . Everything a person chooses for himself right or wrong there is a struggle. If not physical there’s mental struggle. Either way we are all going to struggle so might as well struggle in achieving something that is beneficial for us. The righteous people of the past had to struggle; they had more challenges and more problems than we will ever face in our time in this world. And if a person strives to please Allah s.w.t this is clear from the Qur’an; Allah s.w.t. will guide such a person and aid him/her. Allah s.w.t will open up roads for them that they did not see before. And grant them the ability and resources needed to walk on the straight path. And Allah knows best.

(والذين جاهَدوا فِينا لَنَهدِيَنّهم سُبُلنا) ..هي معادلة بسيطة ابدأ خطوتك وابذل نفسك في رضاه تبلغ ..أولئك الذين جاهدوا الهوى عرجوا في مقامات العلا ..تقرّبوا إلى الله بما أحب فزادهم هدى وسهّل لهم من السبل إليه ما شاء ..والسر كل السر (فينا) فأخلص إلى الله المسعى يُبارك خطاك ويُبلغك الغاية

So true. The struggle is going to be here no matter which path we tread. I agree the struggle has sweetness because of who we do it for. The Almighty! Subhannallah
