It seems as if speculation dictates man on how to live his life rather than certainty. The delusion non believers live by in 'assuming' that there is nothing beyond the realm of this world. Perhaps these assumptions are more appealing and accommodating for someone who’s heart is attached to the transient world. In the midst of a depressed mind in this competitive age, the human soul yearns even deeper for guidance and seeks the creator of the universe and the One who created it. A human being curses Allah through his cursing of time. Therefore, whenever something befalls him that he dislikes, he blames the event on time, the day, the hour, and the year.

Time is what Allah has created. Time is just a period, which doesn’t control anything at all.

A disaster, a calamity, an accident, and a tragedy that occurs by Allah’s will.

So when these things happen, people curse time, which is equivalent to cursing Allah since He allowed them to happen.

'And they say: There is nothing but our life of this world; we die and we live and nothing destroys us except Ad-Dahr (the time). And they have no knowledge of it, they only conjecture.' (45:24)

Profound ayah speaking of the disbelievers believing that life is only our time on Earth and that time is what destroys us. Many of us although we don’t say the words live our lives with this as our belief system by ignoring the commands of Allah swt and using our intentions as an ultimate excuse that anything we do is ok.
