Prophet Yusuf's (AS) father wisely told him not to relate the dream that he had about himself to his brothers. In one sense, I think that we can take a good lesson from that and apply it to our own lives. If you have some kind of a goal or a long-term plan for yourself, and it is just for Allah's pleasure and you feel that there is also a lot of blessings in that waiting for you, then sometimes, it may be better if you don't share that vision with anyone. Or sometimes, if deep down, for some unexplainable reason, you start having certain experiences in life as if Allah is opening more doors for you and that He is intending something good for you in the future, then maybe it's better if you just silently continue on this path without telling anyone. You can just pretend as if you don't know anything or that you don't really have any plan or that nothing really special is going on with you ... And then, unbeknownst to everyone, because of your good thoughts of Allah and your trust in Him, Allah will fulfill the plan that He had for you despite all the odds. And then you will realize more clearly that none of this was even 'your' plan in the first place, but it was Allah's plan for you, just giving you some subtle hints in the meantime before completing it.

JazakAllahu Khair,
Nowadays, many people love to overshare their personal information, and what a lesson we learn from Surah Yusuf, ءَايَـٰتٌۭ لِّلسَّآئِلِينَ there are lessons for all who ask. (12:7)
Even in moments of grief, joy, or even as you mentioned, your own plans, its better to keep it between you and Allah. I read a reflection about this yesterday from Salihu Abba (
https://quranreflect.com/posts/39801), Redirecting your problems and life in general to the Only one who truly cares and listens is the only way to go in life.
I also saw this qoute from the book (Timeless seeds of Advice)
''Don’t let your definition of success, failure or self-worth be anything other than your position with Him. And if you do this, you become unbreakable, because your handhold is unbreakable. You become unconquerable because your supporter can never be conquered. And you will never become empty because your source of fulfillment is unending and never diminishes.'
It just shows, theres only one rope that holds us, and lifts us.
JazakAllahu Khair, Beautiful reflection.
