If you believe in Allah SWT, His Books, and His Prophets, then you must also believe in the Hereafter, in its entirety: its occurrence, its reward, and its punishment. This is a fundamental part of our Iman. The space and time we occupy now is swiftly passing, and before long we will stand before Allah, presenting our deeds. The veils will be lifted, and the conviction we hold in our hearts today will unfold before our very eyes as undeniable reality. Again, you will surely see it with the eye of certainty.(Quran 102:7) Those who committed injustice, spread corruption, and betrayed trust will face strict accountability. Every moment of pain they caused, every casualty they inflicted will be exposed. The babies they killed will testify against them, the grieving mothers will bear witness, and even their own bodies will speak against them. When they reach it, their ears, eyes, and skin will testify against what they used to do. (Quran 41:20) For now, they feel protected by allies and weaponry. They mock and dehumanise the oppressed. No one is spared, from infants to the elderly. But their sense of security is an illusion, and their days of impunity are numbered. For today will end. And tomorrow too. The final end has not yet arrived, but it is drawing near. And when it comes, the moment of true justice will be as Allah has beautifully described: 'But on that Day, the believers will be laughing at the disbelievers, as they sit on canopied couches, looking on. ˹The believers will be asked,˺ ‘Have the disbelievers not been paid back for what they used to do?’' (Qur’an 83:34–36) And so, these verses remind us that no injustice will escape Allah’s judgment. For the oppressed, they are a promise of relief; for the oppressors, a warning of what is to come. Until that Day arrives, patience and steadfastness are our shield, and hope in Allah’s justice is our anchor. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Beware of the supplication of the oppressed, for there is no barrier between it and Allah.' (Sahih al-Bukhari, Saḥih Muslim) This ḥadīth assures us that every cry of the oppressed reaches the Lord of the Worlds without obstruction, and He is the swiftest in justice. O Allah, aid the oppressed wherever they are. Grant them steadfastness, comfort their hearts, and replace their fear with safety. O Allah, seize the oppressors with Your might, expose their schemes, and do not allow them escape. O Allah, let us live with īman, leave this world with ihsan, and be raised on the Day of Judgment among the righteous, under Your mercy. Amin.

It serves as a strong warning against oppression, emphasizing that the prayers of those who have been wronged ascend directly to Allah, without any barrier, and will be answered, even after a delay...
