Allah reminds us that He is the Creator of all, and that there are two types of people in the world: those who believe in Him and those who do not. This distinction is a test of free will, emphasizing that belief is not coerced but a conscious choice. The reminder that 'Allah, of what you do, is Seeing' serves as both a comfort and a warning. For the believer, it reassures that every righteous deed, no matter how small, is seen and will be rewarded. For the disbeliever, it underscores that their actions are always under Allah’s watchful eye.
