I am just amazed by how the Quran encourages us regarding the act of 'giving'. 🔹Giving is the road to 'ٱلْبِرَّ-righteousness'. 🔹 The reward of giving is multiplied. 🔹And best of all Allah will forgive our sins. We should all practice this deed. Because practicing an act makes it your habit. رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ '‏ مَا نَقَصَتْ صَدَقَةٌ مِنْ مَالٍ وَمَا زَادَ اللَّهُ عَبْدًا بِعَفْوٍ إِلاَّ عِزًّا وَمَا تَوَاضَعَ أَحَدٌ لِلَّهِ إِلاَّ رَفَعَهُ اللَّهُ ‏'‏ ‏.‏ 'Charity does not decrease wealth, no one forgives another but that Allah increases his honor, and no one humbles himself for the sake of Allah but that Allah raises his status.' Sahih Muslim 2588

A beautiful reminder and another step towards improving one's imaan significantly insha'Allah.

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: 'A man said: 'O Messenger of Allah, which kind of charity is best? He said: 'Giving charity when you are in good health, and feeling stingy, hoping for a long life and fearing poverty.'
