can someone please guide me here.

i am a software developer in a bank in Germany. I want to quit. But i have filed for nationality and permanent visa. If i quit now, i can lose my status and might have to leave country.

is it possible to give myself an ultimatum of some months. And then i will quit the job.

i feel its a mistrust on Allah.
