There are countless incidents that occur every day where a person's clear and firm "No" is not accepted as an answer. Society often frames this issue as something associated with men who cannot handle rejection, but in reality, anyone who is driven by a sense of entitlement or power can struggle to accept being told "No."

Many people choose compliance out of fear of those in authority or influence. However, some individuals refuse to go along with what is wrong, no matter the pressure. If a decision displeases their Lord or goes against their principles, they will not say "yes" simply to satisfy someone else's ego.

At the heart of this issue is the inability to accept rejection. When people cannot manage their ego after hearing "No," the consequences can be devastating. Many victims are forced to change their routines, avoid places they once felt comfortable in, or live in constant fear because someone refuses to respect their boundaries.

This behavior is not love. Love begins with respect. It means honoring another person's choices, dignity, and peace of mind. If someone's feelings lead them to disturb, harass, or harm another person, that is not love; it is obsession, entitlement, and a refusal to accept reality.

Unfortunately, this pattern continues to repeat itself, as seen in many recent cases, including the case of Sana Yousaf and many others. These tragedies remind us of the urgent need to teach respect for boundaries and the importance of accepting "No" as a complete answer.
