Allah delivers us to victory on His timing, not ours. Yet, in the thick of the hardship -- long before victory arrives, -- as we toil through the pains of loss and the struggle for triumph, Allah gifts us with ease. It may come in the form of helpers and support from sources and people we least expect. It may be a sustained flow of provision, so that we need not worry about this in the heat of the battle. It may be serenity He sends into our hearts, so that at least we are not churning internally as the world around us is. While we fight tirelessly for victory, we should take a moment to examine the eases Allah has embedded into our hardships, and turn to Him with gratitude for them. And fight for victory with a renewed fervor, aware that Allah is already here facilitating our victory. Who could be a better ally?
