When I read this ayah, I imagine turning on the faucet and nothing comes out...

I take it for granted that I have (temperature-controlled!) water flowing in my home, and this ayah is an important reminder to be grateful for this huge blessing.

💧Let's reflect on all the things we couldn't do without any flowing water in our homes. I'll start:

- Pour a glass of water to drink - Easily do my wudhu - Wash my dishes - Wash my clothes - Water the flowers in my garden

The big Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram outage today reminded me of this ayah. I think of this ayah when something happens to humans that they struggle to resolve, despite having a lot of resources. All of these things we use on a daily basis can go away in a second, and even a multi-billion dollar organization cannot do anything unless God allows it to. Facebook is worth billions of dollars and they are probably losing a lot of money every minute of this outage, and they haven't been able to resolve the issue for several hours.
