Reflection on Surah Az-Zumar 39:53–54

Sometimes we look at our past and feel like we’ve gone too far. Too many mistakes. Too many sins. We may even start thinking, “Maybe Allah won’t forgive me anymore.”

But these verses remind us that Allah’s mercy is bigger than our sins.

Allah tells us not to lose hope in His mercy. No matter how many times we have fallen, the door to Allah is still open. What matters is that we turn back to Him sincerely.

And verse 54 reminds us not to keep delaying that return.

We don’t know how much time we have. So if there is something between us and Allah, let’s fix it now. Ask for forgiveness. Leave the sin. Pray. Come back to Him.

Maybe the person we were ye

"May Allah Almighty illuminate your heart with the light of the Qur'an and grant you deep understanding. May Allah (SWT) bless you with an intense love for the Holy Qur'an, and make you one who conveys His message in this world. May your words and actions never separate from the Qur'an. May your very being become a living embodiment of the Qur'an...

Whenever I raise my hands to make du‘a, I find myself stopping again and again. I wonder—what can I ask from Allah?

With so much disobedience, so much rebellion, so much arrogance, jealousy, pride, desire, and excessive love for this world, I have forgotten my Lord. So with what face can I ask anything from Him?

That Most Merciful Lord, despite all my disobedience, did not send stones from the sky to crush me into the ground. He did not burn me in fire. He did not afflict me with a deadly disease and leave me to suffer until death. Instead, He is still placing food in my mouth, still providing me with water, still keeping me healthy, still allowing me to breathe. This alone is such a great

While I stood before the mirror, my reflection appeared blurred as there were too many imprints covering its surface.

It is been told that true companion is like a mirror.He/she shows you your flaws clearly, honestly, and with sincerity.

Quran should be our best

Bismillah ar-Rahmaan ar-Raheem

Hittatun (حِطَّةٌ)

This word came to mind as I was praying to Allah Subhaana wa Ta'ala for forgiveness and pardon. I was returning to Allah from a place of weakness with a humble heart. Allah has changed my state of weakness, place of insecurity to a place of safety, security, compassion, grace ... and best of all, His guidance through His book and His beloved messenger, Rasul Allah sallalahu 'alaihi wasallam. These days we are reminded to avail ourselves on Laylatul Qadr, seeking forgiveness from Allah Subhaana wa Ta'ala. Again, “Hittatun” provoked my curiosity. I had to Google which ayah of the Quran it was in. It is in Surah al-Baqarah and Surah al-'Ara

As the trials of our times unfolds and we become accustomed to security alerts and hearing of successful interceptions by defense systems it makes me reflect on something deeper.

How well have we tuned our hearts to detect the incoming missiles sent by Shaytan? Are our internal warning systems being activated when these attacks approach? Do we take the means to intercept them?

The trials happening around the world today remind us of the warnings sent by Allah through His messengers. It becomes clear that deviating from Tawheed brings consequences, affecting us both inwardly and outwardly. These consequences may manifest as evil thoughts, wrongful desires, doubts, heedlessness, pride, ange

Sometimes people commit sin openly and then say very easily, “Allah will forgive me.”

Yes, Allah does forgive. That is true. But this sentence can hide a dangerous trick from Shaytan. It can make a person feel comfortable while continuing to disobey.

Allah is Most Forgiving. But who is His forgiveness really for? Is it for the one who uses forgiveness as an excuse to keep committing sins? Or is it for the one who sits alone in the dark, feels a sudden fear in the heart, and whispers, “My Lord is watching me”?

The door of forgiveness is always open. But the ones who truly walk through that door are those who try to remember Allah in every action, even when no one else can see them.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Especially Merciful, What astounds me in Surah Yusuf is how people who have plotted with malicious intent, who have been dishonest and have carried out evil acts have been guided to seek forgiveness. Such is the Grace of Allah. After Allah’s guidance when does a person change? When the person stops faulting others but looks at his or her own shortcomings. Taking accountability. This is where true change begins. How does a person grow closer to Allah? When he or she becomes someone who has a beautiful character for example they choose to forgive and not to take revenge, when a person overlooks, pardons, excuses their fellow believer.

This ayah is about repentance and what ALLAH does after repentance is that He is then the most merciful, loving and caring to His slave.. but what is the most attractive and effective way of saying this whole idea in this ayah...

The thing is ALLAH started this ayah with Inna.. which is use for certainty and surety for something and which is repeated after the idea of repentance means *double surety*, then He didnt used His name ALLAH.. but He used Rabbaka which means 'your Rabb', why He used this He could directly use 'Certainly ALLAH' but no He didnt used it rather He used here 'Your Rabb/Your Master'..  He put you and Himself together in this ayah as if He want to show the mercy, the lo

We should not allow the thick dark clouds to cover the light of our heart. At times if there is thick dark clouds,it is

ok.It

doesnt mean that sun has lost its light. We should not carry that heavy cloud inside our heart. Allah continuously empties the dark cloud by pouring us rain which is very beautiful and loved by everyone. We should also pour our heart out by always turning to him in repentance and asking his forgiveness sincerely.Allah loves those who turn to him and ask for forgiveness. Tears are blessing from Allah just like rain. Rain brings back life, use tears to transform the dead heart into live heart which is joyful with faith and concious of Allah. No matter how thick and dar

In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate. By the mercy of Allaah, I have reached quite slowly Surah Hud. I noticed this surah contains the stories of a number of Prophets Ibrahim AS, Lut AS, Shuayb AS, Salih AS and Hud AS. May Allaah bless them with peace. There are warnings contained in this Surah for the wrong doers, prophets warned their people. Yet, they reminded them all of the Mercy of Allah and His forgiveness. What is so beautiful and tear jerking is how 'responsive He is' to prayers and how 'near He is'. Now today, anyone engrossed in sin, the same message applies, Allah is ready to forgive, He is near we have no excuse for not turning back to Him
