Abdullah b. ‘Umar narrates: The Messenger of Allah (saws) said: 'Allah will fold the heavens on the Day of Resurrection. Then He will grab them with His right hand and say: ‘I am the King! Where are the tyrants?! Where are the arrogant ones?!’ Then He will fold the earths with His left and say: ‘I am the King! Where are the tyrants?! Where are the arrogant ones?!’' [Agreed upon: Narrated by Muslim (2788), and al-Bukhari (7412)]

Abu Musa narrates that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: 'Allah may certainly grant respite to the oppressors, and then when He seizes them, they will not escape from Him.' Then he recited: And thus is the seizure of your Lord when He seizes the cities while they are committing wrong. Indeed, His seizure is painful and severe.
