One of the beautiful things about Quran is the more you study it the more you enjoy reading it. In these two verses Allah mentioned two words and I always thought they mean the same, these two words are (Stature : جسم) as in the first verse, and (Moulded: جسدا) as in the second verse, Chapter 2 : Al-Baqara, Verse: 247 From what I heard from a Sheikh that the word (جِسْمِ) can be called only for something that has a soul like in this case it was mentioned about a person. Chapter 20 : Taa-Haa, Verse: 88 However the word (جَسَدْ) can be called only for something that doesn’t have a soul, such as the second Aya where is talking about an idol of a calf which it wasn’t a living calf,

There are four branches of Islam: 1- The beliefs 2- The act of worship 3- The morals 4- The interaction between others SubhanAllah I passed by this verse many times and I never knew that all of these four branches are combined into one verse until I heard it recently from a sheikh.

One thing that all of us need is putting our trust in Allah, indeed most of us do, When we do Tawakul on something, we think that we don’t have to work for it because we already put our trust in Allah so we think this is enough, but this should come after you making a decision, after you put your best effort to achieve something, after you work so hard to achieve that thing, the job of our heats is Tawakul, but the rest of our bodies need to work for it! 'الجَوَارِحُ تَعْمَلْ، وَاْلقُلوبْ تَتَوَكَلْ'
Before I was thinking how those disbelievers who lived many years ago weren’t aware of the punishments that Allah will send to them, even when their messengers were sent to them to remind them that these punishments are signs from Allah for them to repent to Allah and make Tawbah, but they never believed their messengers and instead they said let your God send his punishment if you are telling the truth, they never changed their bad doings until it’s too late for them, But Allah (SWT) always warns people and send them signs to give them another chance to make Tawbah, So this verse came to my mind 'Whatever new reminder comes to them from the Most Compassionate, they always turn away fro
...Allah (SWT) said he will never punish us as long as we keep doing Istighfar, During this time a lot of us are afraid of this virus, a lot of us worried of what will happen later, many questions and many negative thought are going on, but if we keep doing Istighfar and mean it, Allah will make us go through this tuff time in sha Allah. A reminder for all of us to do Istigfar for every small/ big sin we do, sometimes we do a lot of sins and make a lot of mistkes and we might be unaware of that, but if we give ourselves some time to go over what we have done every day, and try to make some Istighfar for those sins/mistakes we will gain the mercy of Allah. May Allah give us always the chan
...Another verse from the Story of Yonus (SAW) is ' لَلَبِثَ فِى بَطْنِهِۦٓ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ', 'he would have certainly remained in its belly until the Day of Resurrection', how can Yonus (SAW) stays in the belly of the whale until the day of resurrection, if he wasn't constantly glorified Allah?? Is the whale going to stay alive until that day, is Yonus (SAW) going to saty alive unti that day?? For example, if we bring a cup of water and we put in it a piece of sugar, and we mixed them until the sugar is dissolved in water, then each portion/molecule of water contains a portion/molecule of sugar, then we can say that the water contains the sugar because the water is the larger amoun
...In this verse there is one word that most people get confused when they read it, how did Allah (SWT) said ' فَظَنَّ أَن لَّن نَّقْدِرَ عَلَيْهِ' ' thinking We would not restrain him'? When we read this verse, we think that Allah said that Yonus (SAW) thought that Allah can't get him if he ran away!! which is a misconception, if we take a loot at other verses in different chapters we find that Allah mentioned the word 'نَّقْدِرَ' in more than one occasion: 1) in chapter 65: Verse:7: Allah said 'وَمَن قُدِرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقُهُ ' here the word ' قُدِرَ' means those whom Allah holds/prevent/tighten their Rezq/wealth. 2) in chapter 42, Verse: 12: Allah said ' يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ
...There is one thing in this chapter that is the most important thing in a person's life, which is 'Tazkiya' purification, which is one of the pillars of Islam. Most people when they hear about purification, they think of the purification of money, but it's not only limited to money. In this chapter, Allah himself is swearing eleven times, eight times of what he had created, and three times he is swearing of himself. Every time we passes through this chapter, we should think of how important purification is in our lives. ' (8) Successful indeed is the one who purifies their soul, (9) and doomed is the one who corrupts it! (10) 91-The Sun May Allah make us among these people who purifies the
...When Allah (SWT) said to Zachariah, we named your son Yahya, this name was chose by Allah, and Yahya in Arabic means to live forever, so if Allah named him Yahya, he shouldn't be dead? so the only way that Yahya will die if he got killed, and indeed he was killed, so in Islam if a beleiver was killed in the sake of Allah, he is still alive according to the verse in Chapter 3: Aal-Imraan, verse:169 'And never think of those who have been killed in the casue of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision.' 'وَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ قُتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَمْوَاتًا ۚ بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ يُرْزَقُونَ'
